Delivery date:  The production time for standard products is 2-4 weeks, and the production time for customized products is 4-6 weeks.  If early delivery is required, an additional 20% to 30% service fee will be required.

Shipping :  Fedex international priority, around 3 to 5 days worldwide.

Custom order: Custom designs need to be made according to customer requirements and need to change patterns. Custom Design fees are an important part of our product costs.  If the seller needs to shorten the time, an additional 25% service fee will be required.
Design fees and shortened production delivery date fees are irrevocable deposits.

Cancellation of order: If the buyer requests a refund  or cancel order  before delivery , the seller will only refund 50% of the total costs.No refund will be given for 100% customized products.

Return and Refund 

Our Return and Refund Policy : generally, buyers can return items within a  1 to 7-day window for non-customized items. Buyers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, and items should be returned in their original condition. If the product is damaged during transportation, the buyer needs to refuse to sign for it, or return the signed item to the courier. No illegal possession is allowed. Sellers  refund buyers for the cost of the item and original shipping once the returned item is received.

Non-Returnable Items:
Sellers can specify items that are not eligible for return, such as personalized or custom-made items. 

Buyer's Responsibility:

Initiating Returns: Buyers should initiate returns within the timeframe specified by the seller's policy. 

Return Shipping: Buyers are generally responsible for shipping the item back to the seller. 

Item Condition: Buyers should return items in their original condition. 
Proof of Purchase: Buyers should be prepared to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, to support their return request.
