Custom order: Custom designs need to be made according to customer requirements and need to change patterns. 20% to 35% design fees are an important part of our product costs. If the seller needs to shorten the time, an additional 25% service fee will be required.
Design fees and shortened production delivery date fees are irrevocable deposits.
Cancellation of order: If the buyer requests a refund or cancel order before delivery , the seller will only refund 50% of the total costs.No refund will be given for 100% customized products.
Return and Refund
Our Return and Refund Policy : generally, buyers can return items within a 1 to 7-day window for non-customized items. Buyers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, and items should be returned in their original condition. If the product is damaged during transportation, the buyer needs to refuse to sign for it, or return the signed item to the courier. No illegal possession is allowed. Sellers refund buyers for the cost of the item and original shipping once the returned item is received.
