Custom order: Custom designs need to be made according to customer requirements and need to change patterns. 20% to 35% design fees are an important part of our product costs. If the seller needs to shorten the time, an additional 25% service fee will be required.
Design fees and shortened production delivery date fees are irrevocable deposits.
Cancellation of order: If the buyer requests a refund or cancel order before delivery , the seller will only refund 50% of the total costs.No refund will be given for 100% customized products.
